Objectives

I am having trouble trying to think of objectives that would monitor attitude problems with employees...i.e. inappropriate comments, direct responses, not being courteous to managers etc.  Any thoughts?

Buddy says:  The answer to this very much depends on the nature of the roles and the context in which the performance of the employees is being assessed.  For example, whether this is part of a regular appraisal system, a performance management/capability procedure, probation assessment, redundancy scenario or something else.  Buddy has a number of factsheets and guidance notes on all these areas.  For example, you may find it useful to start by referring to the Buddy guidance note on Managing Poor Performance.  In addition, there is a probationary assessment form on buddy which sets out a number of criteria that you may find helpful.
