When and who should use this fact sheet?

This fact sheet should be used if you are tendering to provide a service, which is currently carried out either by the Client or another contractor (‘the current contractor’).  It should be used by both your contract tendering team and your Human Resources team who should work closely together from the outset of the tendering process.

Why?

Staff are often a key part of the service that is to be provided to the Client.  It is therefore essential for the Human Resources Team to help the contract tendering team identify potential problems at an early stage so that, wherever possible, solutions can be found.
