Electing employee representatives checklist

1.  Identify the number of employees to be covered by the Information and Consultation agreement. 

2.  Determine number of employee representatives required (1 for every 50 employees, with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 25). 

3.  Write to all employees explaining the need to elect employee representatives and seeking nominations. Set a deadline for nominations.
 
4.  When the deadline is reached, do you have more nominations than the number of representatives required?
