CONFIRMATION OF ADOPTION LEAVE AND PAY

RE: ADOPTION LEAVE

Thank you for informing me of your wish to receive adoption leave and pay. [As previously discussed] you are entitled to 52 weeks adoption leave / you are not eligible for adoption leave [delete as appropriate].

You indicated that you wish to commence your leave on [insert date leave starts]. This means your adoption leave will end on [insert date leave ends].  If you wish to amend this starting date you must, if possible, give me 28 days notice.  If you wish to return to work before [insert date leave ends] you must give me at least 8 weeks notice or the company may have to postpone your return to work.
