Post TUPE transfer (for transferee) checklist

1.  Have personnel files been received for all employees?
2.  Check that details for all employees are correct (it would be a good idea to send all employees a print out of the details held about them and ask them to highlight any inaccuracies).
 
Pay & Benefits

3.  Are any deductions (other than tax and NI) taken from employees’ salaries? If so, check that there is authorisation to take these deductions. 
4.  Are there any jobs which are predominantly male or female orientated? If so, check that there does not appear to be any discriminatory pay issues.
