Flexible working policy

Purpose and scope

This Policy is designed to advise employees of their statutory right to request flexible working and to ensure that all requests are managed by the Company in a fair and consistent manner and in accordance with legislation.

This Policy applies to all employees whether they currently work full or part-time. All requests made under this Policy will be given full consideration in a non-discriminatory manner in accordance with the Company’s Equal Opportunities Policy.

A copy of this Policy will be distributed to all employees [and can also be found [on the Intranet][on the staff notice-board] [in the Employee Handbook]]. 

[The Human Resources Department] will monitor and review regularly, the effectiveness of this Policy, which may be amended or withdrawn.

This Policy does not form part of your terms and conditions of employment.
