Issues to discuss when negotiating an I and C agreement checklist

Note: The Information and Consultation of Employees Regulations 2004 do not specify the content of the agreement, however the government guidelines (originally from the DTI, now the BIS) suggest that the following items might be contained within an agreement. Hence, it is not essential that every item is included - but is recommended.
 
1.  Identify the undertaking covered by the agreement. 

2.  Identify which employees are covered by the agreement (note: all employees must be covered by an agreement, but it might be more applicable for some parts of the agreement to only apply to certain employees).
