1.  Have you identified where men and women are carrying out: 
  • like work, i.e. work which is the same or broadly similar? 
  • work rated as equivalent under a Job Evaluation Study? 
  • work of equal value in terms of criteria such as skills, knowledge, mental or physical effort and responsibilities? 
2.  Have you included workers in any related organisations, such as holding companies, where there are common negotiations of terms and conditions?
