Appointing a medical expert

Step by step guidance:

  1. Obtain the employee’s consent for the medical examination and for the release of his medical records to the doctor and/or the company


  2. Select an appropriate expert depending upon the employee’s symptoms, e.g. GP, Orthopaedic Surgeon, Psychiatrist
