Redundancy policy and HR guidance

Purpose and scope

The Company recognises the importance of maintaining a stable and valued workforce. From time to time, despite the Company’s best intentions, redundancies may be an economic necessity. The purpose of this policy is to provide a framework to ensure that affected employees are treated in as fair, consistent and non-discriminatory a manner as possible.
