Working time holiday entitlement

The Regulations

Working Time Regulations 1998 ("the WTR") came into force on 1 October 1998 and regulate maximum working hours and rest periods (see Working Time fact sheet). However, they also provide workers with a statutory right to four weeks’ paid annual leave.
