Age discrimination - the government has launched an Age Positive website to provide practical help for employers and individuals, as part of a major publicity drive in the run-up to the new anti- age discrimination laws that must be introduced by December 2006.
BERR (Department for Business, Enterprise & Regulatory Reform) (formerly the DTI)- features regulatory guidance, legislation under consideration and the latest employment issues and developments.
CRE (Commission for Racial Equality)- information on racial equality
CRB (Criminal Records Bureau)- for checking the criminal records of employees
Department of Health- general health queries including access to a wide range of publications, policy and guidance
Depression - ACAS guide on how to spot signs of depression in the workplace
