"Monica Atwal provided Equal Opportunities training to all our managers and directors (approximately 170) from October 2004 to February 2005 around the UK.The training was provided in a style that was very knowledgeable, entertaining and informative. I have not spoken to one manager who can't remember the key points Monica discussed. Her entertaining style left our managers gripped, shocked, aware and somewhat concerned about their own behaviour at work and that of their staff. Needless to say, a lot of managers have modified their behaviour as a result of this training.
