In readiness for the repeal of the far less than perfect statutory dispute resolution procedures, ACAS has revised its Code of Practice on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures. As well as incorporating this fundamental change, ACAS has responded to calls for a shorter code, concentrating on the key underlying principles.
