UKVCAS Update

If you have an upcoming biometric appointment at a Sopra Steria UKVCAS visa centre then you should read the below carefully.

Even though appointments are still going ahead, it has been advised that anyone who is showing any signs of symptoms of Coronavirus should not attend their appointment. They should instead send an email with the subject: COVID-19 and their Unique Application Number (UAN) to admin.ukvas@soprasteria.com. They will then inform the Home Office and provide you with a refund.

Further to this there are a number of Service Points which have been closed, as listed below. If your appointment was due at one of the below service points, then you do not need to take any further action as your appointment will be automatically rebooked at the same location in 6 weeks’ time.
