  • ET1 and ET3 – (i) the Claimant must specify what compensation is claimed plus the calculation of that compensation; (ii) parties must set out “the facts on which you rely”
  • Paper sift on receipt of claim (rules 26-28) – (i) ET staff can reject the claim where it doesn’t contain the required information (rule 10): each claimant's name and address, each respondent’s name and address and (with a few rare exemptions)) an ACAS early conciliation number
