Negotiating an I and C agreement checklist

Checklist of recommended issues to discuss when negotiating an I and C agreement.

Note: The Information and Consultation of Employees Regulations 2004 do not specify the content of the agreement, however the government guidelines suggest that the following items might be contained within an agreement. Hence, it is not essential that every item is included – but is recommended.
