Menopause policy

What this policy covers

Menopause policy aims to raise awareness of menopause and its impact, provide details of support available, encourage open conversations, and give those affected by menopause the confidence to ask for help should they need it.

This policy applies to all employees. It does not form part of your terms and conditions of employment and it may be amended by the Company at any time.

Everyone can be affected by the menopause in some way, by experiencing its symptoms first-hand or supporting those who are. We are committed to supporting all of our staff who are affected by the menopause.
